What bulbs?

What headlight bulbs would be in a 1990 Mk2 Golf GTi .. H1,H4,H7 etc?

I think i read that the big ones are H4 and the inner lights (on a quad light grill) are H3. Not 100% though so best get a 2nd opinion but im fairly sure.
