MOT tomorrow...oh dear
« on: 14 December 2007, 18:56 »
:undecided:  Its that time again.. I have spent the best part of 2 weeks tryin to get it up to scratch. All I can do is pray!  Why does everything goe tits-up in the week coming up to the mot?   Basically the steering column bearing has started to loosen and has a slight wobble, something has started creaking up front and I somehow have a huge flap of rubber hanging off my tyre..   and It has failed on emissions before now... somehow!        Im sh!tting it to be honest.lol

Mine is in Feb and I'm sh!tting it because I don't know much about Golfs and what makes them tick...
Hence why I bought the Haynes manual and join this forum!
But she runs fine, only battled to start her on a VERY cold and frosty morning.

Only thing I can suggest is to check this site:
http://www.motuk.co.uk/

and do a little
