Have you consisdered a fabia Vrs? for your £6000 next year you could probably pick up a 53 plate with reasonable milage. Again they share the 130/230 lbs PD TDi Vag group engine, 6 speed & built onto a Polo chassis so pretty quick in standard form. I run a 55 plate version which has been mapped to approx 160/275 lbs, pulls like the devil

Cheap group 9 ins so friendly on the pocket too, SKODA, the joke is over!!!!!
