When my hall sender went, the car went into limp mode. (The revs would take an eternity to spin round - It was like running no turbo!).
My money would be on the MAF or temp sensor.

had similar problem m8...replaced the clutch pedal switch...(which i found purely by fault lol) car was flat n jerky for a bit...different lengths of settings on the plunger on the switch seem to give different acceleration varaiations..no fault appeard with switch disconnected...it just gives u bout 2000 rpm in each gear ..
