Okay, but I would have thought that the other two are classed as coupe's wheras the golf is a hatchback. The ingear times must be official ones as the one's I've seen for actual tests are much faster for the VW. :smug:

Oh, and the 0-60 for the golf is miles out too (5.66 for mine :smug:)
0-100 is about 14.5 for the golf too.

yeah but yours is the 'faster' silver DSG
even faster makes the result even better. Ed30 certainly dont seem to be putting out 'just' 230 bhp

attempting the 5.66 sec is why your economy is so bad

Concise write up, nice to read, good on you for the link John.

I noticed that it said Multi func wheel, cruise, bum warmers, park sensors, cd changer and mettalic paint were extras, is that true as they're standard kit on Edition 30's here?

Yes that's standard spec for Edition 30's and despite the fact they have to ship them 12000 miles to get here they only cost 19000 pounds.

I don't understand it either.

ain't it great, the E30?
I really love mine. I always tell my E30 that I love it, and I say goodbye when I put it back in its warm private garage.  :nerd:
