2 plug clocks into 1 plug car

After a major win on FleaBay, I've acquired a set of GTi 2 plug clocks with the MFA.

Can I still use the clocks in my car and have the rev counter function?

Are the pins the same? my 90 Gti 8v had single pin, more like single connection, some have 2 wouldn't like to think of the work to combine the two!

I have a set of two plug 16v gauges bought on accident if any one is interested!! I wouldnt even attempt to change them!

post 90 = 1 plug, pre-90 = 2 plug.

Check what you have by finding the hazard switch, on dash = pre-90, on column = post-90.

Providing plugs match up, rev counter will work without any extra wiring!  MFA wont work though, but can be wired up with a bit more effort.
