Can anyone tell me the best and cheapest way to tune a 25th anniversary I want it well above 200bhp and will the gearbox cope with it?

Gearbox no problem, try REVO, Custom Code, APR etc etc for a re-map.

cheers ill speak to them still worried about the gear box im having trouble now from 2nd to 3rd syncro mesh on its way out 1300 to get it fixed by VW 1500 for  the gear box maddness
