Its got 72k on the clock, heated seats, leather seats, AC, 2.0 8v engine. They vary between £2000 and £5000 but this one has a lot of extras as you can see!
It did need £180 worth of new clutch, and £200 of paint work done to clean it up a bit tho!

What it looked like when i got it:

Yea just wana know what you all think would of been a fair price to pay so i can compare to how much i actualy did pay (Probably to much)

Matt.

Well heres the run down tell me what you think!

Car:             Ã‚£2900
New Clutch:   Ã‚£180
Paintwork:      Ã‚£200

The paint work was £100 on the bonnet as it was a bit flat! £20 to skim some paint on the body under the drivers door (As it had a scratch) and £80 on the pas side rear 1/4 as it was starting to crack a little (Looked like snake skin up close)

Total:   Ã‚£3280

But the Aircon and the heated seats are a treat

And now it looks like this http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=63397.0

OH and cant forget this bit, i made over £50 back off the GTI archs/trims on eBay lol

The leathers in your car looks brand spanking new, nice one there.  Don't worry too much on how much you've paid though, its worth however much you're willing to pay and want it.  Just enjoy it.  I've paid a premium amount for my VR6 but it's getting rarer and rarer to find a good unabused example with full history so i didn't really mind it.  Skint now though
