carb specialist in the west midands??

Ive got a mk2 1.3 carb, ive taken it some where already and all they did was adjust the idle. Basically the problem is when the car get hot it really struggles to idle and uses more fuel than my 16v!! , i know these carbs can be a bugger to set up which is why i need help on finding a decent garage too take it too. Ive tried stealth racing and they wont touch carbs , ive also tried midland vw but there emission tester isnt working hmm.

toyed with getting a webber but are too expensive

if you happen to have a good carb for a mk 2 1.3 j reg let ne know

any help greatly appreciated
