Inner tyre wear
« on: 25 June 2007, 19:57 »
First post of many hopefully

Noticed that the Golf ive just bought has inner wear (about an 1"or so) around all four tyres.

The alloys fitted are 15 x 6.5j and have an et of 43. Would this be the cause of the trye wear or could it be something else like camber or just general wear for this size wheel?

 thanks for any pointers

get the camber and tracking checked.

i have this problem though, but on 17's and i had it all tracked and my camber adjusted etc and the guy in the shop said it wont get any better cos mine is on its arse...so to say. so if its lowered alot then im guessing its a problem you have to live with...

noble tuned - and still not fast enough!
