Anti Role Bars

I`m thinking about attaching some Anti Roles bars to my Mk 3 GTI. Has any one out their alraedy done this and if so can you feel the results?

I have been told that the dont make that much difference on such a well built car like mk3's unless you have had it lowered and then they do the trick, especially the strut brace
