hows the form? did n e 1 buy shaaft seals for a 8 valver recently ? where did ya get em an how much were they?

about £20 odd for a pair i seem to think from gsf.

did ya put em in yerself joe, what kind of a job in terms of skinned knuckles?

bastard job, ideally you need specific tools to pull the flanges otu and then press it back in, i kinda made a tool for the job but i don't fancy doing them again!

i hear ya , i just put in some prothane track arm bushes, a lot of expletives i'll tell ya , i have the haynes and they make it sound ok ,i suppose if you have a lift , a stock of teng tools etc; anything will be fairly ok thanks for the advice i might leave it to the experts
