If its any joy to ya, i've just buggered up my sunroof lining, tried to follow the Haynes Manual and its definitions were sh!te. I got the actual upper part of the Guide Runner out but nowhere on the net does it say you have to remove all of the roof lining inc sunvisor's grab handles etc to get to the bottom of the sunroof...have you managed that part, and did that help?? I need to sort mine or else i'm paying some bugger to do it!
I've got to say, for such a small job its a pain in the rear
