ebc green stuff brake pads for 16v

hi all

need to buy 2 front brake discs and pads and also 2 rear brake pads..can get the standard 280mm discs in ireland for 64 euro and was going to buy ebc green stuff pads online from england, including delivery which was 27 euro it came to 144 euro....problem is locally ive been told there are 4 different types of pads available for a 1995 mk3 16 valve gti. is this right? want to be sure before i order them..also are there better pads available for that money?

I wouldn't bother with greenstuff pads, the new compound is a pile of cr@p. Get some Ferodo DS2500's on there with the standard discs.
