I had my bora TDI done by Chippeduk, they are based in bromsgrove, have a very good reputation with the BMW/supercar crowd, he has even chipped ferraris etc, my car went from 130 to nearly 180bhp, cost me £250. On uk-mkivs.net forum I know hundreds of people with remapped cars and they all love it, there is no detrimental effect to your engine, if you abuse it it will last less whether it is tuned or not just remember to let the engine warm up before giving it any beans and service it regular. What engine is in your car? if its the AGU your looking at 190-200 bhp, if its an AUM then your looking at 212-220.

Same as above really mate i know a few people who's had it done and they have had no problems either. Another compony to try is Revo they have a good reputation and have just tuned a Fabia VRS for my local Skoda main dealers to use as a demo car. I know that some company's don't like to do remaps on very high mileage engines and on cars that have mods already but others arnt bothered. The price varies from place to place as Matt said his was about £250 and Ive seen them up to £500 so look around mate and you will really notice that extra Bhp.....

So the Skoda dealer's demo Fabia is remapped? Do they tell the customer's that?
