Black Plastic Bumper spray paint from halfords.
You'll never need to back to black them again!

normal shoe polish works ok but i found it didnt last too long, the die stuf with the applicator pad rubjonny mentioned is the best stuf, works a treat.

thats the best mk3 ive seen..ever! its just clean and subtle..

Boot polish is OK but I use peanut butter, it's great, lasts much longer than silicone  and does not make a mess of your paint work like boot Polish can. Make sure it's the smooth one and rub it in well, try it, you'll  be very surprised

I'm telling you it works really well. I know it sounds silly but it does work. It makes the bumpers look like new and not all shiny and fake like silicone does. Try it and see what you think. Make sure the peanut butter is the smooth variety and rub it in well also use the same cloth all around the trim. If it doesn't work i'll eat my hat......... watch this space.
