headgasket change
« on: 16 September 2008, 08:55 »
Am changing my headgasket on an 8v,it was replaced 35k ago and the head was skimmed then also.
My question is will it need skimmed again or just if it needs too?

as its already been done once i would only do it if it has overheated and warped.  its best to take it to a machine shop an let them take a look at it.
