 :wink: I had the same problem on my rallye and it was doing the exsact same thing but not as extreme as 1/4 tankin such a short distance. it was a small fuel feed pipe i think it was a 7" pipe approx 10"long but inbetween the cam cover and the inlet manafold. hope this helps

You can tell if its leaking because you get a petrol smell through the vents

Yep, it does smell a bit.

Found the problem. One of the main fuel pipes was almost off due to a bodged jubilee clip (wrong size forced on and not clamping. Will replace that pipe with braided I think and get the right sized clips!
