Front bumper problems

Putting back on my front bumper and somehow the holes on the actual car dont match up I have taken off the centre bolt between the two bumper holes to try and bang it back into place but its not really budging, I have pics underneath showing which holes are out of line.
The front of the car is on axel stands.

I had the same issue when it came to putting my front bumper back on. Its because the brackets on the actual bumper move. I found it usefull to stick a screw driver up the hole and get it alligned 1st, then try and get the 2nd bolt in. Its fiddly but you will get there in the end.

Yes but even when the bumper is off the holes on the car arent alligned I have to allign them first before I can even put the bumper on

I thought you might say that. Hmmm why was the subframe off then? Did you take the subframe apart? Have you put it back together propperly and got it the right way round?
