Adjusting headlights

My golf was fitted with a Jetta light conversion before i bought it.
 Does anybody know how to adjust the headlights?
There doesn't seem to be any obvious way to do it. In the haynes manual it only shows round golf lights.
 Any comments would be much appreciated because at the minute all i can see the tops of trees

have a look at the back of the lights for screw type plastic thing, they sometimes have these. not sure on your lights tho ?
