Weber dilemma(thought it might get spotted here)

Got a weber on my 1.3, as 2 pb's went loopy on me before now.. but theres a random pipe, i found this morning, the garage had stuck aobut a foot of rubber on and had hidden away, and when it came back, my braether pipe was hanging out the bototm of the car, and pouring eptrol on the road.. now, im thikning theyve hidden it with a bit of pipe to make it look connected, and the breather should be there..
