caddy buying

going to look at a caddy this weekend ,as never owned one before can anyone tell me if there is anything to look out for when looking over it.

id assum the usual things similar to a mk1 golf as there very similar apart from backend!!!!! ;D they have leaf springs on the rear with a solid axle i think but im sure some one will correct me if im wrong!! ;D

i have tried that m8 ,but for some reason i cannot join the forum,something to do with my firewall???
im no expert on computers,,

you could maybe try emailing this guy, he seems to know what he's doing seeing as he's doing a VR6 Caddy! :o
