« on: 23 September 2006, 17:27 »
Ok guys, I know there was a topic on this but it was posted in 2004, i know there have been new alarms since then.
Got a MK3 gti 16v, before i put any of my sounds in there, i need a good alarm...... preferably CAT (for insurance). I read about sigma which has the lot init including the overide system, but one company told me they went bust????? :undecided:
what alarms have you guys got, how much they cost(if u dont mind me asking)? and whats your opinions on them?

Thanks in advance!!!!!!

I've got a Cobra full closure CAT 1 system. Had it installed when I bought the car - Feb 2003 and has been fine. Paid £270 for it then but that was at a discount as I had used the same people before and my son-in-law was also a regular customer etc.
