Muzauk -

mine is an older car non AGU, think realistically i'm getting about 195bhp, tho awesome did not put on rolling road afterwards, think that would cost bit extra and i was skint at the time so never had it done. Got a good idea from talking to several of the guys there who don't talk crap, and they said 195bhp should be expected. I got the APR remap, forge re-circ dump valve, miltek cat-back exhaust system, oh and 18" RS6 replica wheels. I'm really happy with the performance, and once you've driven your golf like this you'll wonder why u waited to get it done in the first place :)  i'd say my 0-60 approx 7secs?? my car stands up against and prob even slightly quicker than civic type R.
