I've seen it before. I believe it is called Capri Green. Rare on late MK2's   As for the wheels they are the same ones that were on my old pile of sh1t R19 16v. Same they ruined that car with renault wheels.

Saw that car a week ago in the flesh! How wierd is that!!!

We are currently looking for a decent mk2 for the girlfriend and that car is 8 miles away from me in the neighbouring town. It had blatently been thrashed but was not a bad bet for the price except for the horrendus wheels! Owner could give me no explanation for the wheel change!

Didn't go for it as the girl cant get insured on a gti so now we are looking for a 1.6 driver. Think we have found one, will keep ya posted!
