My guess it's just the same? Dunno

Anyway

Bog standard jetta on standard I believe suspension currently have the 16" wheels

Will

18" rs4 alloys fit? 5x112 18x8" et43 running on 225/40/18?

Yes 

They will sit further out than the standard wheels but should still be within the arches

Another newb question while I'm here
Is there any sports suspension that fits the jetta from a golf?
In my b5.5 passat the sports suspension was lower just wondering if it's the same for golf/jetta?

Don't really wanna drop it that much as all seats get filled in this thing

Look at lowering springs by H&R, Eibach etc etc

Drops range from 20-50mm and will help the handling whilst retaining near OEM ride quality
