16v Head

right anyone of you who's worked on a 16v head may have noticed that one head bolt always seems a bugger to get off as in my case!! one at the back wont get off and i have no clue on how to remove it any advice would be appreciated...

I didnt have an issue. Why wont it come off? You just turn real hard. Use a breaker bar.

i tried that m8 tried that hard i rounded it off now thats whats holding up the progress may just have to rent a hoist and get it out that way in a lump rather then piece by piece

Is there room to grind the head off the bolt?

get a big drill bit and drill the head of the bolt of as there is no room to do any thing else also if you cant undo the bolt you might have a prob gettin the rest of the bolt out the bolts were most prob not greased up before they were put in and torqued up

nope i never had problems when i took my head off! but saying that wen i bought it the head gasket was changed so it obviously been off b4.
