is it a big bumper or small bumper.
if it is a big bumper get a touch up pen and a needle, get some paint on the needle and carefully fill in the scratches. let it go off (pref 24 hours). then t-cut. only do this if it has`nt scored the plastic bumper. it worked on my brothers mk 3.

if you think it will cut out with paste then try 3m compound or g-3 compound if your lazy, if its pretty deep but hasnt gone through to primer or plastic you should be able to polish it out, quickest way is to first flat the sctatch out with 2000 paper, but this can be a little tricky if your not to sure how much to flat, can lead to taking the paint off, but same thing can happen if you rub to hard with compound, if its already to deep to polish out good idea to to what gti89 says touch it up leave it to go off then either polish it back, or flat with 2000 then polish, will work a treat if the scratch isnt to bad....
