DIY Immobiliser
« on: 05 January 2004, 15:22 »
right my car doesnt have an alarm or anything, no need for one on the isle of man

but when i take it back to Belfast on the occasional weekend i'd prefer to make it immobile!!

is there a fuse i can remove to stop it from starting

i know i could just pull the ISV pipe of the air intake and that would stop it but i dont wanna have to be seen going under the bonnet.

Cheers,
Craig

Fuse number 5 is the fuel pump relay.  Quite handy to reach from the driver's seat, too.
