cheers jonny - may flush it through - what would be the recommended mix for the water/coolant....... and which is the best hose to disconnect to flush it...

50/50 is what i use :)
Disconnect all the hoses you can and stuff a hosepipe in em all :grin:
Run it through till the water runs clear :)

will do that round the side of my house, under cover of dark, with the gates shut - just in case the "dontuseyourhose" brigade turn up - how about fixing all the leaks in the underground pipes you morons....
