The rear drive v8/6 project has been put on the back burner,...but, I need your opinions, what is the best 4cylinder engine by the V.A.G for making and getting the most ponies out of. I have heard rumours that the 5v lumps is a bit fragile, very powerful, but fragile. The 16v lump can get around 200bhp n/a, can it ib turbocharged, or can a g60 be fitted to the valve lump?
he reason of 4 cylinder, is that it fits into and onto the engine bay and mouns without out too much modding, also so I can use an 020 box.
or how about the 1272cc lump, with a 600bhp nitros nozzel?
