. was thinking of taking the arches off when i bought the car but unfortunatley when i lowered it i forgot to place one of the compnents on the front shock so it sat really low and i had mega probs with the wheel/tyre scratching on the arch trim when on full lock so i had to cut the front wings quite alot and then bond the front arches on and take a slither off them, i then realised after i had vandalised the front end that there was a funny cup shaped washer left on the workshop table, ddddaaammmm so it all came off and i placed the washer in which raised the car 10 mm or so and there was no need to have cut the arches in the first place. hind sight is a terrible thing
. so i now am stuck with the wings i have, but looking at carls car i want transporter vents in the wings but i have a realy ugly ariel on one of the wings now and ive been wanting to replace it so that will be my next project after the interior.
what do the lupo gti wipers (front or rear?)look like and what sort of money are we talking? also where is the best place to go for the transporter vents for price and what do people reckon vent in both wings or one side?
