Whats it worth

Mk 3 8v, 1996 "P" 5 door,
diamond black,
aircon
122k miles, full vag service history,
new front discs+pads, new cambelt, recent tyres,
kenwood ice, 10 disc multichanger,
bodywork average, interior very clean
new rear box,
recent new shocks x4
2 owners, present owner5 years,
also the usual elec windows and mirrors

Is 3k too much ???
