Well managed to get the air distribution unit out after getting the staples out. Then removed the vent housing, as i removed it the vents popped off the back! Guess I didn't need to remove the staples in the end

Anyway last question for today, struggling with studs and nuts that hold the airbox in on the engine side. They are rusted to buggery tried cleaning them up but the nuts won't budge, could I just remove the studs all together and then when the air box is out screw them back in? Seems like this would save loads of time and i'll be able to give them a proper clean up then and not round off the nuts?
Seems simple but it didn't say you could do this in the guide!
