Hi all , well spotted Neaty! They're lowered springs, venom motorsport -55mm, got the matching shocks as well, bit undecided whether to put them on as there's speed bumps everywhere round here! Might try -40mm instead, shame because every modded car I've had previously was in the weeds, my e30 bmw left part of it's sump on top of one of the mini mountains, up until then I was thinking it could go lower!

I dnt miss a trick me!

I used to have the venommotorsport -55mm suspension kit for my driver, it was quality if i am honest, couldnt fault it. Handled brilliantly! -55 mm isnt too bad, i went -55 the went -80, that was too low! ripped my splitter off several times!

I think the springs are -55 on GTI ride hight so will be -75 over standard Golf, got a few bits n bobs to do before it is back on the road, has been sitting idle in garage for about 2 months! Hasn't really done anything since it's last m.o.t. Thinking of building a 16v on twin 40s for it if time & money allows, but not the end of the world if not as the 8v in there at the moment seems to do the trick!

Yes the picture is a bit naff! I can't get it out of the garage at the moment as I've got another 8v Golf stuck in front of the garage door

Marillion no, Fugazi the Washington D.C. based punk band. I've heard the album by Marillion called Fugazi though!

Woah!  Can anyone tell me how to resize pictures?

after the '['img bit before the ']' put in width=600

so it will look something like this: ['img width=600] without the apostrophe.
