Exhaust
« on: 16 April 2006, 21:12 »
Hi, need a new exhaust system for my valver, which should I go for? Either a Scorpion DTM system or a Magnex 6"x4" system? Otherwise a Supersprint will be on order

I hear a lot of good about Scorpion systems, but apparently Magnex systems are quite a poor fit...

get a custom one built. the prices are pretty similar to off the shelf ones and they're fitted perfectly for you. you can choose your own tailpipe design then

As previous post i've used most of them s/sprint at mo excellent, Powerflow also excellent, and magnex good quality as you'd espect but crap fit. Only had mine on for month always knocking and never sat straight, hated it wouldn't entertain one again. Never used scorpion , But i think they sound the best just glorious. Used mongoose again excellent quality crap fit and kept melting the exh rubbers, The brackets welded to exh get very hot melted them the back one mostly. Thats it hope it helps.
