Building a fast golf 1

Hi

I am Haroshen Govender i was doing a search on the internet to check up on golf 1s and this site popped.

I am from South Africa and am presently looking at building a fast golf. I have a 2008 VW citiRox 1.4 i (I'm not sure if you get this in your country its similar to VW golf 1). Can you please give me some costing/advice/spec on this on who i can build my car into the 12 seconds

I was thinking on the lines of a 2.0 L ABF normally aspirated
