k&n induction kit info for my 16v

Can anyone tell me if there is a and k & n filter kit available for my '90 mk2 16vcant seem to find one anywhere, have just been to Halfrauds and the guy didnt seem to know. Is there 2 injection systems on this engine too, not sure how to tell .

Also how much different would it make, my gti is 100 % std and dont intend to go mad and put performance exhausts etc just wnat to make subtle mods and thought this was a good place to start

wont gain any performance. you will only think your going faster because your gonna floor it to get an induction roar

k-jet engine induction kits are expensive. Piper make them and i think they are like 100 quid. replaces the whole bottom part of the airbox
