Idleing
« on: 29 March 2006, 18:47 »
As i have only really started driving my car, in traffic today i realised that when it idles it goes up and down. Its between 700 and 850 revs and moves slowly between the two.  Also it feels like it holds back at low revs but then again it aint the quickest golf being a 2.0. Does anyone elses golf do this, do i need a new MAF or something?

Can i clean the MAF with throttle body cleaner? Does anything have to be reset after re-installation?
Cheers
