i tried the cgti forum b4 i found this one....and didnt get an answer :cry:

you guys are all great, i wouldnt be anywhere else (apart from the pub you understand  :evil:)

the feel of this site is very welcoming and all the answers to questions (however dumb they might seem)
are quick and spot on.

all other forums may as well close up IMHO  :smiley:

Big up Golfgti  :smiley: (i went all Ali G for a bit there  :grin:)

i use to be on their myself until things went wrong.......

some argument got started because some bloke had a vr6 engine in a jetta and got caught doing 140mph..

and they said that its not safe to put a big engine in a jetta! :rolleyes:
so their point is if you have a mk2 golf with a vr6 engine in it its not safe to do top speed!

the lad was on the motorway?! i cant see whats dangerous about that!

your right they havent got a clue about golfs or anything else! their motto ''made for gti nutters by gti nutters

obviously the logo says it all
