My MK4 is a 2000 GTI AGU,I have some jerking while accelerating from under 2000 rpm.I've attempted to change the crank sensor and cam sensor.Managed to change the cam sensor.But the crank sensor was difficult to remove and swap.
Has anyone tried this?Also I suspect the coilpacks might be giving trouble.Sometimes when I dont use the car for two days,when I start it,it idles like a three cylinder motorboat.Gues it must be that one of the coil pack is going.
Has anyone had a similar problem with this engine type?Please let me know thanks.
