mk3 gti for £300?
« on: 23 February 2006, 17:06 »
been offered a mk 3 gti for £300

is worth risking it so i can start modding from a standard car or should i spend extra on a car that has already been moded

i don't want a really extravagent car, would probably just leave it at new rims, lowered, strut braces and atni roll bars, plus a back box and induction kit, (sounds like a lot more written out than it did in my head!)

You should spend more cash on a car that's not a complete dog, and then start modding it!

Seriously, a mk3 gti for £300 sounds a bit dubious.  Don't waste money on mods for a car that isn't going to last.

A VR6 isn't a way of life, it's just a car.
