remember in the US - Mk1's are rare.... so what ever condition you get them at - is what you have to work with... All the front panels and inside by from figuring will be replaced... mental car though when complete

wouldnt a 1.8t be better suited for big power in a mk1, or is that just not crazy enough for the yanks
the engine is gonna weigh more than the mk1
if it was mid mounted......

There was a Mk2 with an R32 lump in at ultimate dubs the other week and it had the DSG box in it
