Any more details? Or Pics? Optional extra's? I'd say £1.5k to £2k with the right extra's, mint, with full VW service history. Maybe. If not anything from £1k to £1.5k

not got much more details really,i was actually just enquiring for a mate, they paid £500 so it sounds like they got a bit of a bargain

hey brad youve been listening to vw owners clubs on values.  it a common problem with forums like this.  people always big up the value of the cars they love.  ebay is the real price setter.  that car would make about 650 on ebay id think. 500 is cheap though.

Well not really mate, you see I understand that somethings only worth what people are going to pay for it. However I also know that some things on Ebay, people want for nothing. Cars are one such thing, it's been over saturated and no one will pay anything for anything unfortunataly!

NEVER sell on Ebay, unless you want a quick sale (Cars this is)

I also said that more details are necessary, these could drastically change the price that the motor is worth.

A MINT 16v with electric windows, mirrors and BBS, and FULL VW service would be worth at least £1.5k, only an idiot (or desperate folk) would let it go for £500. You can't really guarantee getting a MINT 8v for under a grand, never mind a 16v.

But it all depends on the cra ya see?
