MK3 Alloy Crank Pulley, any good?

Just looking on ebay and came accross this item, are they worth doing? :undecided:

Im a bit sceptical about the BHP increases they claim but lightened crank pullys are a well known upgrade, so it would be a good thing to have a supose.

IMO not worth buying unless you are doing some serious work on your engine. Certainly not without changing cams!
