what leather fits a mk2 ?

wondering what other cars leather interiors fits a mk2 golf ?

i.e does any of the following fit it ?

golf mk1, 3, 4. seat ibiza mk1,2,3, audi tt ? or does any other cars interiors fit it ?

The only seats that will fit straight in are MK2 Golf, Scirocco or Corrado seats.  If you are lucky enough to find a Recaro interior you can simply buy a pair of Golf MK2 Recaro subframes and swap them over.

Golf MK1 seats will fit if you swap the seat base frame with one from an early MK2 Golf, or figure out a way to swap the seat slide lever on the front to the other side.  With a bit more work Golf MK3 seats will fit, you have to cut off & reweld one of the legs in a bit.

With even more work you can fit literally any seat in, its just a case of cutting & welding a base that fits onto your seat of choice.  If going this route, you would be better off using the seat frames from Corrado seats as they sit lower
