Since picking my car up a couple of weeks ago I've noticed it doesn't blow air out the vents nor into the footwells when the appropriate button is pressed. I plugged it in and got the following codes;
From what I can gather the front air distribution door motor is also known as V426, and air recirculation air flow flap motor is V113. I sourced a replacement V426 this week (I thought I'd start with it as the process seems easier!) and fitted it last night. Whilst it did work at first, and I could see the mechanism moving the flaps when the vent and footwell buttons were pressed, it stops working shortly after. I've also confirmed today that the original motor is actually working, so I fear the mechanism is maybe jamming the motor and preventing it from turning.
Like I say I haven't got a replacement V113 yet, but I'm really just wondering if anyone has ever had the exact same codes and can maybe help shed some light on this for me?
