Can’t log in to primary user after service

Had my second service on Thursday. Dealer called me in the afternoon, to say that my car was due a software update, and it wouldn’t be ready until Friday (5 hours to update it apparently)

The software has jumped from 1668 to 1899. Few nice additions like maps in the dials 👍🏻 but I can’t log back in as the primary user. I enter my username and password, but just get a message saying sorry this function is unavailable. The primary user has a little padlock against it.

Anyone else had the same issue?

Left it half an hour, tried again and it worked. Annoyingly it’s lost all my settings though 😭

That's a right pain.  If I lost my settings I don't think I could ever get it all back the way I have it now.

I wonder if 1899 will be available OTA for those of us already on 1896.  It'd be nice to have maps on the dash.
