Bola do quite a few designs that cater for different markets, it wouldn’t surprise me if they use different factories for their different ranges.
The styles aimed at very modern cars (with a fairly OEM look about them) definitely come as blanks.
When I had my BMW Mike at Motech told me they can get them drilled and machined to suit individual applications. He said most of the new shape 135i’s fitted with 19” FLC wheels were in 8.5J with a 42 or 43mm offset. I don’t reckon that offset would fit under the front arches of a mk7 very comfortably.
If you look at Bola’s website they even show you those style wheels as pre-drilled blanks in their promo photos.
