I saw these on Wheelbase, look ok,

They do look nice but I for example would never buy DC wheels again. Im looking for new set as well because my fully refurbished dc alloys just developed white worm only after 6 months so Im done with them forever. Wheelbase showroom is only 30 miles away so might be time to go and have a look.

The design is similar to the 19 inch Speilberg's that are optional on the Golf R. The face of the wheel will be about 4mm further from the hub than your standard wheels.

https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php?width=225&aspect=40&diameter=18&wheelwidth=7.5&offset=49&width2=225&aspect2=40&wheel_size=18&wheel_width=7-5&offset2=45

But they should still fit ok.

As aparat has said, diamond cut wheels aren't ideal for winter use. A powder coated or painted finish will stand up better against any knocks and scrapes against kerbs.

GMP Italia seem to have a lot of VAG OEM looking wheels, some really nice designs.

Quite like the Atom in anthracite/polished which look a little RS6 esque.

GMP Italia were always quite clever, they unashamedly made factory reps in Italy but got around the copyright issues by marketing them as pattern spare parts (the same as body shops use pattern body panels or pattern windscreens) instead of aftermarket accessories.

Tyreleader are usually the cheapest place but god help you if there’s a problem with your order.
